It's been eight years since the tragic death of Cynteria Phillips, a young teenage African-American girl who was physically and sexually abused as a child and by the time she reached her teen years, she was alone and living on the streets. After reading about Cynteria on Sweety Keke's webpage, I was very sad about what happened to this poor girl.
It's practically eight years and so far, Cynteria HAS NOT received justice yet. I know her friends and family are hoping that justice will be served for this young girl and the person responsible will be punished and sent to jail.
I'm sure people have heard about Cynteria, a young girl who lived an abusive life since the day she was born. Some people want to blame her parents for raising her in an abusive household or the foster care system for not helping Cynteria. Had she gotten help, she could be alive (but no one knows what might've happen had Cynteria gotten help). But it's hard to decided who is responsible.
I hope that justice will be served for Cynteria. This girl shouldn't have to wait for justice for eight years.
God bless you, Cynteria Phillips
May you Rest In Peace forever with God watching over you.
