Hello- My name is Julie Barto and I reside in Norman Oklahoma. I came across Cynteria's story by accident, while trying to figure out a way to get another little girl's story out there. I belong to a grassroots organization called Kelsey's Purpose. Kelsey Briggs was a beautiful 2 year old girl who was murdered at the hands of her mother and stepfather on October 11, 2005. What caught my attention to Cynteria's story was the lack of media attention for her murder. I have emailed every big name person I can think of to get Kelsey's story out there and no one seems interested. I am very sorry for the loss of your friend and cannot understand why her story did not go bigger. I pray that Cynteria will get her justice someday. I admire you for your quest in getting justice for Cynteria. I look forward to hearing from you.
