7-month-old Annalycia was last seen at the Clyde's Market in Chiloquin, Oregon on July 9, 1994 at 5:30pm. Annalycia's mother, Alice R. Fowler's boyfriend, William Russell Spear says he left the baby in the car for a few minutes while he went to the store and when he returned, Annalycia was gone. Annalycia wasn't in a car seat and wasn't reported missing until 6:19pm. In 1995, Alice sued William for $4 million dollars in damages for Annalycia's disapperance, claiming William's negligent babysitting caused her daughter to go missing. The case was dismissed due to lack of evidence.
Annalycia is missing under suspicious circumstances and is considered an endangered missing child. She was wearing a white jumpsuit with pink animal designs on it and pink & white socks. Annalyicia has a quarter-sized, red-colored birthmark on the nape of her neck.
